Current Deadlines:
December 1, 2008 for China Vision
Since Glimpse is an interdisciplinary publication, contributors must be interested in writing for a diverse audience. Our review committee is comprised of scholars and professionals from diverse fields, and contributors' submissions will usually be reviewed by people from disciplines differing from their own. This ensures that the content remains accessible to a broad audience base, and that contributors who are specialists in their fields can benefit from "outsiders'" perspectives on, and appreciation of, their work. Contributors should avoid the use of discipline-specific jargon, and take the time to explain discipline-specific concepts.
- Please include a paragraph explaining how your submission relates to the theme of the issue for which you are submitting.
- Glimpse promotes the scholarship of our contributors by including mention of their forthcoming publications in traditional peer-reviewed journals.
- By being published in Glimpse, you agree to become a member of our review committee, and will occasionally be asked to review submissions by other authors from a variety of fields.
Time commitment: approximately 15 hours
